The Run It Once Game Integrity Manager is, in cooperation with Operations and Poker Room Management, responsible for organizing and handling all areas of Game Integrity, including related tools, policies and procedures.
Contribute to day-to-day customer service operations (which requires shift and weekend work)
Be an escalation point for customer service staff with focus on game offerings, poker rules and game integrity
Very strong knowledge of (and passion for) poker (including game variants beyond Texas Hold’Em) with several years of active
Recent playing experience (online and offline)
Experience in online gaming customer service (ideally specializing in Game Integrity)
Data analysis / reporting (including poker tracking / analysis software)
